  • 6th Azinhal Duathlon

    6th Azinhal Duathlon

    The VI Duatlo Cross do Azinhal takes place on September 28, 2025, in Castro Marim, Algarve, organized by Clube Leões do Sul with the support of the Portuguese Triathlon Federation. This sprint-distance cross duathlon combines trail running and MTB cycling in the scenic parish of Azinhal, starting and finishing at Largo da Rua de Santa Bárbara.

    The event features three categories: the Algarve & Baixo Alentejo Absolute Championship, the Individual Duathlon Championship, and an Open Race (including relays). With its mix of dirt trails and rolling terrain, the race offers both competitive spirit and a welcoming environment for athletes of all levels.

    As part of the regional championship calendar, the Azinhal Duathlon has become a reference event, blending sporting challenge with the hospitality of a traditional Algarvean village.

  • VI Aquatlo Jovem da Amadora

    VI Aquatlo Jovem da Amadora

    The VI Aquatlo Jovem da Amadora will take place on September 27, 2025, at the Reboleira Swimming Pool facilities and surrounding areas in Amadora, Portugal. Organized by the Portuguese Triathlon Federation, in partnership with the Amadora City Council and supported by Clube de Natação da Amadora, the event is part of the Lisbon and Alto Alentejo Youth Championship (6th stage).

    The competition is aimed at young athletes born between 2008 and 2018, with distances adapted for each age group, from Benjamins to Cadets. It is open to both licensed and non-licensed participants (with insurance included for the latter).

    This youth aquathlon combines swimming in a 25m pool with running courses on asphalt, offering a safe and motivating environment for developing athletes. The event also counts towards the “Troféu Amadora Triatlo”, alongside the local Duatlo Cross. The atmosphere is competitive yet supportive, designed to encourage participation from clubs, schools, and families.

  • Triatlo e Aquatlo de Sines

    Triatlo e Aquatlo de Sines

    The Triatlo Jovem & Aquatlo de Sines will take place on October 4, 2025, at Praia Vasco da Gama, Sines. The event includes the Regional Youth Triathlon Championship of Algarve and Baixo Alentejo (5th stage), the Regional Absolute Aquathlon Championship, and an Open Aquathlon Sprint Race.

    This competition welcomes both licensed and non-licensed athletes, offering youth categories with age-adapted distances and a sprint aquathlon format (750 m swim + 5 km run) for older participants. The course is flat and scenic, set along the coastline of Sines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable challenge.

    The atmosphere is competitive yet inclusive, bringing together young athletes, regional triathlon clubs, and open category participants, making it a vibrant day of multisport by the sea.

    Termas Sky Row

    The Termas SkyRow 2025 takes place on October 5, 2025, starting and finishing at the Termas de São Pedro do Sul, Portugal. This unique event blends skyrunning and canoeing into a spectacular mountain and river challenge. Participants can choose between two exciting formats:

    Adventure 26K – 22 km trail running + 4 km canoeing

    Experience 14K – 12 km trail running + 2 km canoeing

    The race, organized by SpotCriativo Eventos with local support, is sanctioned by the Federação de Campismo e Montanhismo de Portugal. It offers challenging natural terrain, scenic mountain landscapes, and the thrill of mixed-discipline racing. Designed for well-prepared outdoor athletes, it demands endurance, self-sufficiency, and respect for nature. Participation is open to all meeting the minimum age limits (26K: 23+, 14K: 14+).
