A IX Minho e Lima Trail é uma prova de trail running que se realizará no dia 1 de março de 2026, em Ponte de Lima, Portugal. Apresenta três provas distintas: Trail Longo com cerca de 30 km, Trail Curto com aproximadamente 16 km e Caminhada Solidária de 11 km, adequadas a diferentes níveis de atletas e caminhantes.

Aberta a atletas a partir dos 18 anos (21+ para o Trail Longo), a prova integra o Campeonato Regional de Trail 2025/2026 da Associação de Atletismo de Viana do Castelo, atraindo corredores competitivos e entusiastas. Os percursos cruzam trilhos, caminhos rurais e estradões na região de Ponte de Lima e Vila Verde, com ganhos de elevação significativos, oferecendo um desafio técnico e paisagens naturais marcantes.

A atmosfera do evento é inclusiva e comunitária, destacando-se a Caminhada Solidária cujas receitas revertem para os Bombeiros Voluntários de Ponte de Lima. O evento conta com competições individuais e coletivas, com prémios para várias categorias etárias, promovendo um espírito festivo e competitivo entre os participantes.

    The 9th Trail Running Almourol à Vista is a trail running event scheduled for March 1, 2026, in the Almourol region, Portugal.
