O VII Trail Bombeiros de Mêda é um evento de trail running organizado pela Associação Humanitária dos Bombeiros Voluntários de Mêda, a realizar-se a 12 de abril de 2026, em Mêda, Guarda, Portugal. Apresenta várias distâncias, incluindo Trail Longo (~24 km), Trail Curto (~17 km), Mini Trail (~12 km) e uma caminhada recreativa (~12 km).

O evento está aberto a participantes com 18 anos ou mais para os trails longo e curto, com jovens entre 11 e 14 anos autorizados a participar no Mini Trail mediante consentimento dos pais. Faz parte do Circuito de Trail da Beira Alta 2026, sendo a 3ª etapa da série.

Os percursos decorrem predominantemente em terreno natural, como trilhos, caminhos rurais, vias de terra batida e ribeiras em redor das aldeias próximas, oferecendo um ambiente montanhoso desafiante com desníveis significativos. O evento promove a prática desportiva na região e incentiva a partilha da experiência do trail running entre atletas de vários locais.
