PlanejeThe 2nd Caminhada do Coração – Convida 2025 takes place on September 28, 2025, in Viseu, organized by the Associação Hemodinâmica Convida, with the support of the Viseu City Council and Parish Council. This free event celebrates World Heart Day, combining a 5 km urban walk with an educational session on the “Via Verde Coronária” process — from activation to patient treatment. Open to the general public, the Caminhada promotes both physical activity and heart health awareness in a family-friendly and educational atmosphere. Registration is limited to 200 participants.
The I Trail Cidade de Faro will take place on 28 September 2025 in Estoi, Faro, Portugal, as part of the Faro Ativo 2025 program. Organised by Associação Temivels d’Atalaia in partnership with the Municipality of Faro, this debut edition offers a 15 km Trail Sprint with approximately 580 m of elevation gain. The route explores rural tracks, municipal roads, and trails around the charming village of Estoi, showcasing the natural beauty of Faro’s countryside. Open to participants aged 16+ (minors with guardian consent), the event welcomes trail enthusiasts of all levels, from first‑timers to experienced runners. Participants can expect a friendly atmosphere, well‑marked trails, and a mix of sporting challenge with community spirit.
On 28 September 2025, the village of Frazão in Paços de Ferreira hosts the 6th Trail dos Moinhos and 10th Caminhando—a community-focused trail running and walking event that weaves through scenic rural paths and historic windmills. Organized by the local Comissão de Festas de Nossa Senhora da Piedade 2026, the event offers two competitive trail races (17 km and 11 km) and a non-competitive walk (9 km), blending sport with local culture. All races start and finish at the Associação Recreativa e Cultural de Moinhos. The event emphasizes sustainability, safety, and inclusion, with proper insurance, local aid stations, and accessible participation for all ages in the walk. The technical support is provided by Sinctime, with professional timing and registration services.
