Celebrating 16 years of adventure and heritage, the Trail de Conímbriga Terras de Sicó returns for its 17th edition with seven races over three days — including the epic 111 Milhas Terras de Sicó, a qualifying race for Western States 2027. Runners of all levels can choose from ultra-endurance challenges to short trail and walking options, all across the wild limestone landscape of the Sicó Mountains, rich in Roman history and natural beauty. TAUT – Território Ansiano Ultra Trail returns from February 26–28, 2026, in Ansião, Portugal, offering one of the most diverse and demanding trail events in the country. With eight race distances ranging from 12 km to 150 miles, this is a festival of endurance, scenery, and community for athletes of all levels. TAUT is more than a race — it's a journey through ancient trails, Roman roads, river crossings, and historical villages across the Serra de Sicó region. Whether you're a trail newcomer or a seasoned ultra runner, there's a challenge tailored to your spirit and skill. This event is part of the Circuito Nacional de Trail Ultra Endurance (CNUTE), and several distances are ITRA certified, offering UTMB index points. There's also a team challenge, youth categories, and inclusive policies to welcome a diverse participant base.

The Linhas de Torres 100 returns on January 30–31, 2026, offering an epic trail challenge across the historic Linhas de Torres Vedras, the legendary military defense system north of Lisbon. All events finish at Expotorres, Torres Vedras. This is more than a race — it's a journey through cultural heritage, rugged landscapes, and technical trails, with options for everyone: Trail Ultra Endurance – 100 km (solo or relay of 2 or 4) Trail Ultra – 50 km Trail Long – 30 km Trail Sprint – 20 km Trail Short – 10 km Hikes – 20 km and 10 km Kids’ Races – for ages 7 to 15 Integrated in the ATRP National Trail Circuit, this inclusive event supports a social cause (APSA – Portuguese Association for Asperger Syndrome) and fosters a community spirit across all age groups.

The Vodafone 10K is a 10-kilometer road race integrated into the prestigious EDP Lisbon Half Marathon event. Held on March 8, 2026, it starts at Praça da Portagem (25 de Abril Bridge) and finishes near the Centro Cultural de Belém, providing a scenic and mostly flat course across Lisbon. Open to runners aged 18 and older, this race welcomes both competitive and recreational participants, with a maximum capacity of 9,000 athletes. It offers the unique experience of running across one of Europe’s most iconic bridges in a major urban setting with broad community support and vibrant atmosphere.
