Meia Maratona de Gaia

The event offers several distances including a 12km main race, a 6th Mini-Corrida of 5km, and a 5km walking event “Mexa-se por nós.”

This race is open to all participants aged 18 and above for the 12km race, 15 and above for the 5km Mini-Corrida, and open to all ages for the walking event. It provides a festive and community-oriented atmosphere with multiple race options, including individual and team competitions, making it suitable for a wide range of runners and walkers.

The courses feature routes through the streets of Salvaterra de Magos, including scenic stretches along the Vala and river Tejo for the walking event. The event also includes trophies for various categories such as overall winners, veterans, and teams, contributing to a competitive yet inclusive environment.

The Meia Maratona Baía do Seixal 2026 will take place on March 22, 2026, along the bay connecting the cities of Seixal and Amora, offering a scenic and fast urban riverside course. The event includes three different distances, making it accessible to competitive runners, recreational athletes, and families.

Participants can choose between the Half Marathon (21.097 km), the 10 km race, or the 5 km walk/run. The Half Marathon and 10 km races are officially certified and homologated by the Portuguese Athletics Federation (FPA) and World Athletics, ensuring accurate measurement and official results.

The Trail Rota das Fontes 2026 is a trail running event taking place on March 22, 2026, in Castanheira do Vouga, Águeda, Portugal. It offers three competitive race distances: a Long Trail of 31 km with 1400m elevation gain, a Short Trail of 16 km with 700m elevation gain, and a Mini Trail of 10 km with 450m elevation gain. Additionally, there is a non-competitive 9 km walk and a 1 km Trail Kids event, making it accessible to a wide range of participants.

Open to runners aged 18 and over for the Long Trail and 16 and over for the Short and Mini Trails, the event welcomes both individual competitors and teams, with age categories following the ATRP classification.
