    Iberica Backyard Ultra Masters

    The Ibérica Backyard Ultra Masters 2025 takes place on April 10, 2025, at 20:00, in Los Molinos, Madrid (Spain).
    This second edition of the event follows the official Backyard Ultra format — an endurance challenge where participants must complete a 6.7 km loop every hour until only one runner remains.

    The course features a mix of asphalt, paths, and trails with approximately 80 meters of elevation gain per loop, and is marked with reflective nighttime signage.

    With 70 available slots, this event attracts some of the toughest endurance runners from Portugal and Spain. It also serves as a qualifier for the Portuguese and Spanish national teams, with the top 15 athletes from each country advancing to the Backyard Ultra World Team Championships in October 2026.

    Runners can expect a welcoming yet competitive atmosphere, combining strategy, stamina, and mental resilience — a true test of endurance where there’s no finish line, only the last runner standing.
