    The Trans Madeira Autumn Edition, taking place from September 22 to 27, 2025, is an all-inclusive, six-day enduro MTB adventure across the stunning island of Madeira and Porto Santo. Known as the “Pearl of the Atlantic,” Madeira offers some of the most diverse and technical terrain on Earth—with dramatic elevation, lush forests, rocky ridgelines, loamy descents, and seaside cliffs all packed into a single event.

    This race isn’t just about the clock—it’s about exploration, culture, community, and challenge. Open to just 140 riders, Trans Madeira embraces a bike-packing spirit with tent-based camps, shuttle support, ferry crossings, and gourmet local food. Whether you're chasing the podium or simply seeking a once-in-a-lifetime trail experience, this event blends high-level racing with raw adventure. Riders can expect 30+ special stages, covering 250 km of rugged terrain across five full days of racing. It’s a bucket-list event for any serious mountain biker.

    Ride Across Douro-Minho

    Ride Across Douro-Minho 2025 is a 5-stage ultra-distance road cycling experience across Northern Portugal. This high-end event covers 500KM over five days, offering full logistical support, luxury accommodations, and gourmet cuisine. Riders journey through vineyards, mountains, national parks, and coastal roads — a true celebration of endurance, discovery, and premium cycling.

    🔹 Stage 1 – A Celebration to Port Wine
    📍 Porto → Peso da Régua | 113 km | 2,070 m elevation gain
    A scenic start along the Douro River, riding past terraced vineyards into Portugal’s famous wine country.

    🔹 Stage 2 – Vineyard Slopes and a Mythical Finish
    📍 Peso da Régua → Mondim de Basto | 134 km | 2,680 m elevation gain
    A demanding day ending atop Senhora da Graça — one of Portugal's most iconic climbs.

    🔹 Stage 3 – The Lush Greenery of Minho
    📍 Mondim de Basto → Caniçada | 85 km | 2,000 m elevation gain
    A shorter but technical stage through densely wooded valleys and mountainous terrain.

    🔹 Stage 4 – Natural Wonders and a Glimpse of Spain
    📍 Caniçada → Monção | 112 km | 2,540 m elevation gain
    Ride through the stunning Peneda-Gerês National Park and briefly cross into Spain.

    🔹 Stage 5 – Mountains, Rivers, and the Atlantic Ocean
    📍 Monção → Viana do Castelo | 96 km | 1,470 m elevation gain
    A memorable finale from the inland valleys to the Atlantic coast, finishing in scenic Viana do Castelo.

This exclusive stage event covers 770 km over 6 stages, showcasing the country’s diverse landscapes — from the northern mountains to the southern coastline.

    🏔️ Stage 1 – The Mountains and the Douro River
    📍 Douro – Guarda | 119KM | 2230m D+
    Begins on the world-famous N222 road through the scenic Douro Valley, ending in Guarda, the highest city in Portugal.

    🗻 Stage 2 – Conquering the Highest Point in Mainland Portugal
    📍 Guarda – Covilhã | 107KM | 2550m D+
    Climbs to Alto da Torre (1,993m), the highest point on mainland Portugal, followed by a stunning descent into Covilhã.

    🌄 Stage 3 – From the Mountains to the Lowlands
    📍 Covilhã – Alter do Chão | 165KM | 1730m D+
    Crosses into the Alentejo through scenic hills and the majestic Tagus River at Portas do Rodão. Ends at the historic Royal Stud Farm.

    🍷 Stage 4 – Alentejo, the Portuguese Tuscany
    📍 Alter do Chão – Évora | 96KM | 800m D+
    A cultural ride through cork oak-lined roads and wheat fields, ending in the UNESCO city of Évora.

    🔥 Stage 5 – The Super Stage
    📍 Évora – Monchique | 193KM | 1840m D+
    The longest and one of the most epic stages. Finishes with the climb to Monchique, entering the Algarve mountains.

    🌊 Stage 6 – The Mountain, the River, and the Ocean
    📍 Monchique – Porches | 57KM | 560m D+
    A celebratory stage with coastal views and a finish at the cliffside Chapel of Senhora da Rocha — the perfect end to this unforgettable journey.
