    The 61st São Silvestre da Cidade de Ponta Delgada is a running and walking event that will take place on December 13, 2025. The event is open to both federated and non-federated athletes. The main race is a 6.2km course, with a mini-race of 1.3km for younger age groups and a 4km walk.

    The 61st São Silvestre de Ponta Delgada will take place on 13 December 2025 in Ponta Delgada, on São Miguel Island in the Azores. Organized by the Associação de Atletismo de São Miguel, the event offers three different challenges: the main race (6.2 km), the Mini-Corrida (1.3 km), and a Caminhada (4 km).

    Open to athletes of all levels, the São Silvestre is a festive, year-end celebration that attracts elite runners, local athletes, and recreational participants alike.
