The 3rd edition of Trail do Chapeleiro takes place on September 7, 2025, in São João da Madeira, offering a creative and scenic experience for runners and walkers alike. The inaugural Corrida dos Galos takes place on September 7, 2025, in Barcelos, organized by Gil Vicente Futebol Clube in collaboration with Fundista and the municipality. The event features a 10 km race, a 6 km walk, and a festive kids’ run divided by age groups and distances (250–1000 m).
All events start and finish near Estádio Cidade de Barcelos, with a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere. The kids’ races are non-competitive and aim to promote early engagement in sports. Held in the village of Alcanede, the Corrida Lusical combines a scenic 12 km run and an 8 km walk over a varied terrain of gravel paths, asphalt, and local trails. The route passes by picturesque villages, the Kartódromo de Alcanede, and even climbs to the historic Alcanede Castle.

The III Corrida de Macieira is a 10 km road running race taking place on September 7, 2025, in Macieira, Lousada. Participants can choose from three distances: Long Trail (32 km), Short Trail (17 km), and a non-competitive Walk (13 km). The event also highlights the local culture and gastronomy, with routes designed to showcase the natural beauty and hospitality of the region.

The 10th Caminhada/Trail Feira da Tôr takes place on 7 September 2025 in Tôr, Loulé, Portugal, integrated into the local annual fair. This event offers three formats: the Trail Sprint (19 km), part of the Algarve Trail Running Circuit, for athletes aged 18+; the Mini Trail (13 km) for athletes aged 16+; and a 5 km Walk open to all ages.
