Start times per category/distance: All races start at 10:00 am, with disabled runners starting up to 2 minutes earlier.
Bib pick-up time and location: Documentation and kit pick-up at the secretariat, on the eve of the race from 18:00 to 23:00 and on race day from 07:30 to 09:30.
Start/finish locations: Avenida da República, Nazaré, with start and finish at Praça Sousa Oliveira.
Age categories/divisions: • Seniores Masculinos (men born 2007 or earlier) • Seniores Femininos (women born 2007 or earlier) • Veterans M35, M40, M45, M50, M55, M60 • Veterans F35, F40, F45, F50, F55, F60 • Athletes with disabilities (two classes)
Cut-off times: Timing service closes 2:30 hours after start; no classification after this.
Registration deadline: November 2, 2025, with exceptional late registration until November 9 at higher fee.
