Toilets and aid station placement:
• Toilets and showers at Pavilhão Municipal de Barcelos.
• Aid stations: water at 2.5 km of first run, no aid on cycling segment, water at 100 m of final run, and liquid/solid refreshments at finish.

Parking and shuttle details: Recommended parking at Campo da Feira de Barcelos and adjacent streets outside race routes.

Prizes: Awards for top 3 finishers in each category and top 3 teams by gender. Podium ceremony with mixed calls except absolute male/female and teams categories.

    LAGOA SWIMRUN

    The Lagoa Swimrun is a swimrun race held in May along the stunning Algarve coast, starting at Ermida da Senhora da Rocha and finishing in the fishing village of Ferragudo. Now in its 5th edition, it is celebrated by swimrunners as one of the best courses with fantastic swims and breathtaking coastal views that are challenging depending on wind and weather conditions.

    PENACOVA SWIMRUN

    The Penacova Swimrun is a swimrun race held in the beautiful natural surroundings of Penacova, located in the center of Portugal. The event showcases stunning trails along the Mondego River, including highlights such as Praia do Reconquinho, Penedo do Castro viewpoint, Emídio da Silva viewpoint, and the iconic Livraria do Mondego.

    The Madeira Swimrun is an annual swimrun race held on the island of Madeira, known as the “Pearl of the Atlantic.” This event offers a unique challenge combining swimming and running, with a course that starts offshore at Ponta de São Lourenço and finishes in the city of Machico.
