Surface types: Natural terrain including bushland and secondary dirt roads

Course format: Approximately 5 km loop for most events; approximately 1.5 km for children’s Canicross

Race routes: Marked with tape and directional signs; reconnaissance allowed on the day before the event

Timing method: Electronic timing with bib number required to be visible

Toilets and aid station placement: One solid and liquid aid station at the finish line

Prizes: Awards for top 3 male and female finishers in competitive categories; combined gender classification if fewer than 3 participants per gender in some disciplines
