Event summary

TRITON Lisboa 2025 takes place on September 6 and 7, 2025, bringing a fast, flat and fully urban triathlon experience to the heart of Portugal’s capital. Athletes compete on a single-day format in one of three distances (Short, Middle, Long) on a fully closed-to-traffic course.
Whether racing individually, as part of a corporate relay team, or with your child in the Kids & Parents Swim & Run, this event combines accessibility with world-class organization. It is an official qualifying race of the TRITON World Series.

🏁 SHORT – 600 m swim | 21.5 km bike | 5 km run

🏁 MIDDLE – 1,200 m swim | 42.5 km bike | 10 km run

🏁 LONG – 1,800 m swim | 85.25 km bike | 20 km run

👨‍👧 Kids & Parents: 100 m swim + 1 km run

Atmosphere: Urban, spectator-friendly, flat and fast

    The Triatlo Cross de Boelhe – Penafiel, taking place on September 7, 2025, is a unique cross triathlon experience set in the scenic parish of Boelhe, Penafiel. Organized by the Tri Clube de Penafiel in partnership with the Municipality of Penafiel and Boelhe Parish Council, with technical support from the Portuguese Triathlon Federation, it features swimming in the Tâmega River, MTB cycling on rural roads and dirt trails, and running through charming countryside paths.
