Eligibility & Profile

  • Trail 20 km: competitive, 20+; requires prior trail experience and solid fitness.

  • Trail 12.5 km: competitive, 20+; suitable for newcomers with adequate prep.

  • Hike 12.5 km: non-competitive, 10+; under-14 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Cut-offs / Time Limits

  • Trail 20 km:

    • PA1 ~5 km: 1:00 | PAC2 ~12.8 km: 2:30 | Finish 20 km: 3:30

  • Trail 12.5 km: 2:30 total (out of race if >90 min over first 5 km)

  • Hike 12.5 km: 4:00 total (out of event if >2:00 over first 5 km)

Athletes cut may continue at their own risk (markings may be removed) after handing in bib.

Checks may occur at start, on-course, and finish. Carry mandatory kit throughout.

Conduct & Road Crossings

  • Mostly trails with some road crossings — obey rules and marshals.

  • No external support; no pacing or following with vehicles/animals/strollers.

  • Penalties/DQ for missing mandatory kit, shortcuts, unsporting conduct, bib misuse, littering, doping, etc.

  • Overall podium (M/F) in 20 km and 12.5 km (top 3).

  • Age-group awards (M/F) to 1st in each age group.
