Hosted at the Pista Municipal de Atletismo Alberto Chaíça, this innovative competition fuses 800 m running intervals with challenging workout stations such as SkiErg, Air Bike, Dumbbell Lunges, and Wall Balls. The event is inclusive, welcoming individuals, duos (male, female, mixed), teens, and kids. Each participant faces 8 rounds of 800 m running paired with functional workouts.
