<p>The III Corrida de Macieira is a 10 km road running race taking place on September 7, 2025, in Macieira, Lousada. Organized by AMA – Macieira Atletismo with support from the Lousada Municipality, Macieira Parish Council, and the Porto Athletics Association, the event is open to both junior/senior athletes and masters categories for men and women.</p> <p>The route starts and finishes at Largo de São Gonçalo, following a mix of rural and urban roads within a fully closed course. The race offers a competitive yet friendly atmosphere, encouraging participation from a wide range of runners.</p> <p>All finishers receive a commemorative gift, and trophies are awarded to the top three in each age category. Participant safety is a priority, with medical assistance available along the course to ensure a secure race environment.</p>

<p>The 10th Caminhada/Trail Feira da Tôr takes place on 7 September 2025 in Tôr, Loulé, Portugal, integrated into the local annual fair. This event offers three formats: the Trail Sprint (19 km), part of the Algarve Trail Running Circuit, for athletes aged 18+; the Mini Trail (13 km) for athletes aged 16+; and a 5 km Walk open to all ages. The routes showcase the natural and cultural heritage of Tôr, combining competitive and recreational experiences. Open to federated, non‑federated, and international participants, the event blends sport with local tradition, providing a welcoming yet challenging environment for both experienced trail runners and newcomers.</p>

<p>The inaugural Trail Entre Douro e Tua takes place on September 7, 2025, in Carrazeda de Ansiães, in the heart of the Douro region. Organized by Clube Desportivo Entre Douro & Tua, the event offers a scenic experience through vineyards, valleys, and historic landscapes.<br /> Participants can choose from three distances: Long Trail (32 km), Short Trail (17 km), and a non-competitive Walk (13 km). The event also highlights the local culture and gastronomy, with routes designed to showcase the natural beauty and hospitality of the region.<br /> Part of the regional trail circuit of the Associação de Atletismo de Bragança, this is a community-driven event with competitive and recreational appeal.</p>

<p>The inaugural Trail 100 Trilhos takes place on September 7, 2025, in Castro Verde, Alentejo, organized by the 100 Trilhos BTT Club with support from local authorities. This event is part of the Circuito Distrital Sprint do Baixo Alentejo 2024/2025 and offers four distances: 26 km Trail, 16 km Trail Sprint, 10 km Mini Trail, and a 10 km non-competitive Walk.<br /> Participants will experience natural trails, rural paths, and stream crossings, with minimal road segments and full safety and medical support. Designed for both competitive runners and casual walkers, the event also offers free camping, swimming pool access, and a local lunch.</p>
