The Trail Vale do Ceira (TVC) returns to Ceira on September 28, 2025, offering a challenging trail running experience across natural terrain in central Portugal. Organized by the Junta de Freguesia de Ceira and CPT Sobral de Ceira, this event combines competitive spirit with a strong community atmosphere.
Participants can choose between:
Trail 31 km (18+ years)
Trail Sprint 17 km (16+ years)
Hiking event (~10 km) (10+ years)
This event is part of the ADAC national trail circuit and emphasizes autonomy, safety, and environmental respect. It offers beautiful rural paths through villages, forest tracks, and water lines, suitable for seasoned runners and intermediate trail athletes. No races are timed for the hiking category, making it more relaxed.
