Event summary
The Trilhos dos Templários returns for its 14th edition on September 28, 2025, offering an immersive trail experience through the historic landscapes of Santa Cita, Tomar. With distances ranging from 10 km to 46 km, the event caters to walkers and competitive trail runners alike.
The race features scenic and technical courses with climbs, river crossings, and forest trails — appealing to both experienced trail runners and those seeking a challenging first experience. Participants are welcomed with warm local hospitality and a post-race meal, in an atmosphere that blends competitive spirit with community celebration.
The event is organized by the Associação Cultural e Recreativa de Santa Cita and includes optional overnight floor accommodation for those arriving the day before.
