Ultra Trail Serra da Freita

The Furnas Night Trail is a trail running event taking place on May 30, 2026, on the island of São Miguel in the Azores. It offers different race distances including sprint, mini trail, and a walking option, catering to a wide range of participants.

Open to various age categories including seniors and veterans, the event is organized by Clube Desportivo e Cultural Juventude Ilha Verde (JIV) with support from the Municipality of Povoação. It emphasizes environmental sustainability and promotes the culture and landscapes of the Povoação region.

The Meia Maratona do Douro Vinhateiro 2026 is a half marathon race taking place on May 24, 2026, in the Douro Vinhateiro region, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Portugal.
