10 km: 18+ (U23, Seniors, Masters 35, 40, 45, 50, 55+) – individual and team classifications

Youth races: Benjamins to Juvenis (distances from 750 m to 3.5 km, by age group)

Start/finish locations:

Urban circuit in Viana do Castelo, Portugal – start and finish in the city center (exact location in regulation)

Start times per category/distance:

09:00–10:30 – Youth races (by age group)

10:30 – Women’s 10 km start

10:45 – Men’s 10 km start

Cut-off times:

10 km: 1h45

Bib pick-up time and location:

October 18 – 15:00–20:00 (Secretariat, Viana do Castelo – location in regulation)
