The Multicare Vitality Run 2025 is a charity running and walking event taking place on October 5, 2025, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor, near Lisbon, Portugal.     4ª Edição do Trail dos Flamingos

    The Trail dos Flamingos 2025 will take place on October 5, 2025, starting from the headquarters of the Centro de Apoio Social do Nadadouro (Caldas da Rainha, Portugal). The event features five challenges: Trail Sprint (23 km), Mini Trail (12 km), Walk (10 km), Dog Walk (10 km), and a Kids’ Trail (1.5 km). The courses run mainly through trails, dirt paths, and rural roads in the parishes of Nadadouro and Santa Maria, São Pedro e Sobral da Lagoa. Open to all, the event welcomes athletes of different levels, from young runners (under 12 in the Kids’ race) to experienced trail enthusiasts. The Trail Sprint and Mini Trail include age categories and official timing, while the Walk and Dog Walk are non-competitive, creating a festive and community-focused atmosphere. The race is organized by Centro de Apoio Social do Nadadouro in partnership with the group Não Fazemos Nem Mais Um Km.
