Event summary
The Coutos Natura Challenge (CNC) returns for its 3rd edition on October 5, 2025, offering a true celebration of trail running in the natural landscapes of Silgueiros de Bodiosa and Coutos de Viseu, Portugal. Participants will traverse technical granite trails, forest paths, and agricultural routes with varied distances to suit all levels.
More than just a race, CNC is a festive gathering, featuring warm welcomes, energetic speakers, local food, and scenic routes through water crossings, rocky terrain, and trails that reveal the rural soul of the region. With a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, this is a full-sensory trail experience.
