IRONMAN Portugal – Full Distance

  • Swim: 3.8 km (2 laps) in calm, sheltered waters at Praia da Ribeira, Cascais.

  • Bike: 180 km (2 laps) along the Atlantic coastline and Sintra mountains, fully closed to traffic.

  • Run: 42.2 km (4 laps) flat course along the Cascais waterfront.

IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal – Half Distance

  • Swim: 1.9 km (1 lap) in Praia da Ribeira.

  • Bike: 90 km (1 lap) on the same scenic and traffic-free course.

  • Run: 21.1 km (2 laps) on the seafront promenade.

Both races start and finish in the heart of Cascais, with rolling swim starts, comprehensive athlete support, and a festive atmosphere throughout the weekend.
