  • 10K: 08:30 (Elite / Sub45 / Sub50 / Sub60 / +60)

  • Half 21.1K: 09:00 (Elite / Sub1:25 / Sub1:40 / Sub1:50 / +1:50)

  • 5K: 09:20
    Kids Run: 31 Jan 2026, 16:00 (4 distances: 300 m, 500 m, 700 m, 1000 m)

Courses (highlights):

  • Half: Cascais Bay → Av. República → Av. 25 de Abril → Av. Infante D. Henrique → out-and-back → Estrada do Guincho (turnaround before Birre) → finish at Passeio D. Luís I.

  • 10K: Bay → República → Guia → N. Sra. do Cabo (turnaround at Forte S. Jorge de Oitavos) → finish at Cascais Marina.

  • 5K: to be announced.

Aid Stations:

  • Half: fluids at km 5, 7.5, 10, 13, 16, 18 + finish; solids at km 13 + finish.

  • 10K: fluids at km 5.2, 7.3 + finish.

  • 5K / Kids: finish.
