The 2nd edition of Alentejo Gravel will take place on October 25, 2026, and is officially part of the qualification circuit for the 2027 Gravel World Championships.

This event will bring together some of the best national and international athletes in a demanding and thrilling race, designed for those seeking adventure, technical skill, and endurance. Starting and finishing in Ourique, the course will take participants along dirt roads, rural paths, and authentic regional scenery, delivering excitement from the first to the last kilometre.

Open to both licensed and non-licensed athletes and prepared to welcome cyclists across multiple age groups, this edition promises a balanced, challenging, and high-level competition. Experience the heart of Central Alentejo at the 4th Edition of Granfondo Serra D’Ossa.

The 4th edition of the Granfondo Serra D’Ossa will take place on October 4, 2026, further establishing itself as one of the most iconic cycling events in the Alentejo region. Starting and finishing in the village of Alandroal, this challenge once again brings together cyclists from across Portugal and abroad, drawn by the unique combination of nature, heritage, and sporting challenge.

Set among vast, rolling landscapes, Serra d’Ossa provides an ideal backdrop for cycling, featuring demanding climbs, quiet roads, and a well-preserved natural environment. The 2026 edition promises renewed routes that highlight the diversity of the territory and deliver an unforgettable experience for all participants, from competitive riders to cycling tourism enthusiasts.

Alandroal, known for its castle and deep historical roots linked to the Alentejo borderlands, will once again be the beating heart of the event, welcoming athletes, teams, families, and cycling fans with the warm hospitality that defines the region.

Maia Urban Race 2026 is a night-time urban cycling event taking place on August 29, 2026, in Maia, Porto (Portugal). The event is held on a closed circuit in the city centre and runs from 19:30 to 22:30. Riders aim to complete as many laps as possible within 3 hours, with lap counting controlled via electronic chip timing.

Although it is described as a non-competitive cycling-for-all event, participants are timed and ranked by total completed laps. The course showcases Maia’s historic areas, squares, and iconic gardens. The event is organized by Cabreira Solutions and Maia City Council, and follows Portuguese Cycling Federation (FPC) and UCI Open Event regulations.
