São Silvestre de Arrifana

The 2nd Trail Winter Challenge S.A. – Vila Galé Ericeira will take place on December 14, 2025, starting and finishing at Hotel Vila Galé Ericeira (Baleia & Sul Beach area). Organized under the Challenge S.A. Circuit, this eco-friendly trail running event promotes mountain running, environmental awareness, and sustainable practices.

The program features a Long Trail (~20 km), a Short Trail (~12 km), and a 12 km Walk. The routes run through natural paths and coastal landscapes overlooking the Atlantic, offering a mix of inland trails and sea views.

With strong environmental values — including plogging initiatives and a “leave only footprints” policy — the event combines sport, community, and nature preservation.
