The 19th BTT Ride “Pelos Trilhos de Mombeja” rolls out on Sunday, September 7, 2025, hosted by the BTT section of Grupo Desportivo e Cultural de Mombeja. Part of the CerciBeja BTT Marathon Cup, this is a non-competitive cycling event with time tracking and classification by age group.

Held in the Alentejo region, the ride offers two route options: 45 km and 65 km, both on marked off-road trails with support zones. Open to both men and women aged 16 and up, the event welcomes mountain biking enthusiasts looking for a challenging yet community-oriented ride, ending with a traditional BBQ lunch and social gathering.

45 km Ride (Meia-Maratona – Medium level)
65 km Ride (Maratona – Long level)
Start Time: 09:00 AM

Start Format (by Dorsal Number):
E-Bikes start first
Marathon riders (65 km) start 5 minutes later
Half-Marathon riders (45 km) start 10 minutes later
• Riders are organized in waves of 30 athletes (“Boxes”) based on payment order

Participant Requirements:
• Open to all riders aged 16+
• Minors must provide signed parental consent

Timing & Classification:
• Although non-competitive in nature, chip timing and ranking by age group will be provided
• Junior categories may only ride the 45 km route
• E-Bike classification only valid in the 65 km route

    The OPEN BTT-XCO Vila do Conde 2025 is a multi-stage mountain bike cross-country event organized by União Ciclista de Vila do Conde and sanctioned by the Portuguese Cycling Federation (UVP-FPC). The series features 7 official races and a final gala, open to licensed and non-licensed athletes aged 15 to 70 across competitive and promotional categories. Each stage is hosted in Vila do Conde and offers high-level cross-country racing in a controlled environment that encourages inclusiveness and youth development. The event includes full UCI-style categories from U17 to Masters D, as well as an E-Bike class and balance bike demonstrations for young children. The competition fosters local and regional engagement while honoring top athletes with classification jerseys, trophies, and public podium ceremonies.

    Troféu Inter Regional - ACBL - PORTO

    The Interregional XCO Trophy 2025 brings together Portugal’s northern and central regions in a competitive cross-country Olympic (XCO) mountain biking series, co-organized by the Beira Litoral Cycling Association (ACBL) and the Porto Cycling Association (ACPorto), under the sanction of the Portuguese Cycling Federation (UVP-FPC). The series consists of six races, split equally between both regions, and is open to federated athletes and CPT license holders (Open class), beginning at age 15. Each event awards individual and team points toward the Interregional ranking, and the final standings are based on the four best race results. The trophy emphasizes fair play, technical challenge, and wide regional participation across categories—from U17 to Masters and Para-cyclists. The final race of the calendar includes the official trophy ceremony and overall awards.
