    TRITON

    TRITON Lisboa 2025 takes place on September 6 and 7, 2025, bringing a fast, flat and fully urban triathlon experience to the heart of Portugal’s capital. Athletes compete on a single-day format in one of three distances (Short, Middle, Long) on a fully closed-to-traffic course.
    Whether racing individually, as part of a corporate relay team, or with your child in the Kids & Parents Swim & Run, this event combines accessibility with world-class organization. It is an official qualifying race of the TRITON World Series.

    🏁 SHORT – 600 m swim | 21.5 km bike | 5 km run

    🏁 MIDDLE – 1,200 m swim | 42.5 km bike | 10 km run

    🏁 LONG – 1,800 m swim | 85.25 km bike | 20 km run

    👨‍👧 Kids & Parents: 100 m swim + 1 km run

    Atmosphere: Urban, spectator-friendly, flat and fast
    Courses: All segments begin and end at Oceanário de Lisboa

  • Triatlo Cross de Boelhe

    Triatlo Cross de Boelhe

    Set in the scenic Tâmega River valley, the Boelhe Cross Triathlon offers a true off-road experience that blends rural charm with athletic challenge. Taking place on September 7, 2025, this event features open water swimming, mixed-terrain mountain biking, and a countryside trail run — all based around Boelhe’s River Beach in Penafiel.

    It’s part of the Northern Regional Championship, attracting both elite and amateur triathletes in a friendly, supportive environment. With a low-technical route, the race is perfect for both experienced athletes and first-timers. Relays are also welcome!

  • III Triatlo da Casconha & II Aquatlo Jovem da Casconha

    III Triatlo da Casconha & II Aquatlo Jovem da Casconha

    The Casconha Triathlon is an event that will take place on September 14, 2025, at Praia das Rocas, in Castanheira de Pera. The event is organized by Prazilândia, Turismo e Ambiente Empresa Municipal, and the Municipality of Castanheira de Pera, with the technical support of the Portuguese Triathlon Federation (FTP).

    The event is comprised of three different races: the National Youth Championship (6th stage), the Absolute Litoral e Interior Centro Championship, and an Open Race. The National Youth Championship and the Absolute Litoral e Interior Centro Championship are for licensed athletes, while the Open Race is available for licensed athletes from other regions and for non-licensed athletes ("1 Day License"). The courses for the cycling and running segments are on asphalt with some elevation changes.

    The race is open to all interested athletes. The National Youth Championship and the Open Race can be disputed in relay format. The course for the swimming segment is located in the Praia das Rocas lagoon.

    TRITON

    From October 24–26, 2025, the TRITON World Championship lands in Portimão, Algarve, to crown the best triathletes across three days of elite-level competition. This global final uses the signature TRITON 3 format — swim on Day 1, bike on Day 2, and run on Day 3 — and is reserved for qualified athletes from TRITON events around the world.

    With spectacular oceanfront views, a vibrant race village at Marina de Portimão, and festive side events including a Corporate Cup, Kids Race, and Legends Invitational, this is more than a race — it's a triathlon celebration.

    🚴 TRITON MIDDLE: 2km swim · 72km bike · 14km run

    🏊 TRITON LONG: 3km swim · 108km bike · 21km run
