    Europarque Triathlon Experience

    The EUROPARQUE Triathlon Experience returns on September 13, 2025, in Santa Maria da Feira, combining accessibility, safety, and fun for all levels.

    This inclusive triathlon welcomes beginners and seasoned athletes alike, with adult and youth categories offered in individual or team formats. The course begins in the calm waters of the EUROPARQUE lake, followed by a scenic 10km cycling section and a 3km run through shaded trails. Youth events feature age-appropriate distances.

    Part of the charm lies in the supportive atmosphere, segmented wave starts, and natural surroundings — making this both a celebration of personal achievement and a community event. Whether you're racing competitively or just trying something new, this event offers a fun, well-organized triathlon experience for everyone.

    III Triatlo da Casconha & II Aquatlo Jovem da Casconha

    The Casconha Triathlon is an event that will take place on September 14, 2025, at Praia das Rocas, in Castanheira de Pera. The event is organized by Prazilândia, Turismo e Ambiente Empresa Municipal, and the Municipality of Castanheira de Pera, with the technical support of the Portuguese Triathlon Federation (FTP).

    The event is comprised of three different races: the National Youth Championship (6th stage), the Absolute Litoral e Interior Centro Championship, and an Open Race. The National Youth Championship and the Absolute Litoral e Interior Centro Championship are for licensed athletes, while the Open Race is available for licensed athletes from other regions and for non-licensed athletes ("1 Day License"). The courses for the cycling and running segments are on asphalt with some elevation changes.

    The race is open to all interested athletes. The National Youth Championship and the Open Race can be disputed in relay format. The course for the swimming segment is located in the Praia das Rocas lagoon.
